My son bought this little 14 ft. aluminum jon boat when he was 13 years old and took it on fishing trips to local area lakes and streams. When he finished college and established his teaching career he added the outboard motor, boat trailer, seats, depth finder and other accessories. Bobby recently purchased a larger boat and I wanted to keep the memories alive.... I captured this scene in July, 2000 while our two families vacationed together at Ocracoke Island on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
